Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
Tuscany at Lindbergh has two parking garages which spaces can be reserved specifically or is open parking.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Any uncovered parking at the top of both parking garages are visitor parking.
What are the pool hours at Tuscany at Lindbergh?
The resort-style pool and poolside amenities at Tuscany at Lindbergh are open from 9 AM to 10 PM daily.

Residents submits request to the office. Team checks availability. Resident completes rental form and pays fee. Reservation is confirmed.
What are your fitness center hours?
24/7. Residents have a unique community access code that grants them entry into each amenity.
Are there any amenities that require reservations?
None. The resident can reserve the clubhouse for events.
What are the Pest Control Service Days?
Thursdays.
Where is the Compactor located?
Through the bottom exit
Where are the grills and what type are they?
Gas grill in pool area. Charcoal grills in courtyard area throughout the community.
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?

Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
